The Trainer’s Room was established in 1993 to provide top-of-the-line custom knee braces to a number of clinics and hospitals in Toronto, Burlington and Niagara Falls. The Trainer’s Room expanded its product range to include ankle braces, knee braces, unloader braces, wrist braces, elbow braces, thumb spicas, shoulder braces and foot orthotics, both custom and off-the-shelf, therapy supplies, and rehab products.  Since our inception, we have also expanded our service area to include several clinics in Toronto and acoss southern Ontario, including Mississauga, Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Maple and Niagara Falls.

We have several years of experience providing braces and supports for various injuries and ailments such as ACL and MCL injuries, osteoarthritis (OA), ankle sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome and 'golfer's' and 'tennis' elbow.  Knee braces have been used at the highest level of competition to allow an athlete to continue and/or return to play following an injury.  Knee braces such as the DonJoy Defiance and GII Paradigm can be used effectively for ACL, PCL, MCL and LCL injuries.  OA unloader braces are often used for osteoarthritis whereas hinged knee braces, knee sleeves and patellar bands are commonly used for ligament and soft-tissue injuries.  Some of the more popular ankle braces inlcude the ASO ankle brace, DonJoy Velocity, and Active Ankle T2 brace.  The Band-it and Serola Brace are often used for elbow injuries such as lateral or medial epicondylitis.
